Hilton New Orleans Riverside

Good place with amenities like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. I remember my first stay when they helped me with SIM cards. I recommend enjoying the bar lounge area. I'm coming back for a weekend!

The hilton has a fantastic location, just a short walk to bourbon street and french quarter shops. The holiday decorations were lovely. The room was clean and spacious, especially for our family. Getting a taxi was easy, a plus. We found it convenient for all the activities we enjoy.

Spectacular place with courteous staff and decent views. Quiet room, stunning location. 15 km from New Orleans Lakefront airport. Delicious food for particularly good breakfast.

My triple room was functional and well-equipped. The location was magnificent, not too far from Morial Convention Center.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a tv, coffee maker, and free toiletries. The outdoor pools were nice, especially with sun loungers around. The fitness center offered good equipment and classes like yoga. Taxis were easy to get, and Drago's Restaurant served amazing seafood. Really a great spot for my family!

Area of opportunity: Bathrooms (the extractor did not work very well and cleaning of the bathroom had some dust and hair inside the drawer of the dryer, cleaning items have touched me better in other hilton and other hotels), air conditioning system (I was cold two nights, because it does not have specific heating, a system of climate regulation in which the hottest is 24 ° c, is very cool but it is winter and I am very cold and I was not enough that maximum of degrees). Overbeds would suggest a blanket or something extra, as they are very thin, rich soft but thin.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were particularly helpful and top-class. The location in an incredible area was perfect and there were commercial centres and a market nearby. I could see the river from the window of the standard queen room. The breakfast looked nice hot with a wide range of options. There was Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was excellent. The library bar was executive, greatly enjoyed it;))

I loved how this hotel was just a few steps from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and less than a 5-minute walk to the riverfront, making my weekend explorations so enjoyable, especially being able to easily wander over to Café du Monde for beignets and coffee in the mornings.

Very nice front desk staff. They succesfully helped me getting back the sweater I forgot in my room after checking out. Great pool.

No bathrope in the room, despite having an outside swimmingpool. Very small bath in the room. Unfortunately dining and breakfast is somewhere inside the building, instead of on the 'riverside' so you could actually see the mississippi river. The staff at the lower desk, where you can book trips etc., is not very friendly.

In overall, the place is wonderful, has very, very nice and polite staff at the reception desk. Also, the location is great and impeccable, minutes from Harrah's Casino New Orleans. It is found in a beautiful area near cruise ships as well as all major attractions, restaurants, casino.

Great location near the Dome but wifi was an extra charge. Clean room.

although so expensive there was no breakfast. the Wifi costs 10$ per night and the parking 39$, very, very long way from the parking garage to the room, arrogant and unfriendly staff

No free wifi in the room. Only in central locations. Pool is not exactly a place to linger - always bad air from nearby exhaust vents, from exhaust gas to kitchen/grill scents

The view of the river was fine and the casino was a fun spot to unwind after a long day. I loved the user-friendly valuables safe in the room! The maid service kept everything super clean, great.
